First IUI any day now and freaking out (child mentioned)

I have been getting blood and Sonos all week. I go back tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the IUI will be sat or Sunday. I started feling sick Tuesday night with a sore throat, went to the dr on Wednesday, throat infection, strep came back negative. She gave me a z pack and I'm feeling better. Now my daughter has a fever and says her throat hurts. I made her an appointment for tomorrow. I'm afraid my hubby will get it now too. Can this affect our results? I mentioned my not feeling well to my RE and she said it would matter if I had a fever, which I didn't but what about DH. Ugh. As if this wasn't stressful enough?!?!

    First RE meeting February 2, 2016; tests normal for both of us
    Clomid round #4 of 150 mg followed by
    First Ovidrel trigger shot February 10, 2016
    First IUI February 12, 2016 Negative
    Started Letrozole 5mg round #1 February 23
    Began additional Letrozole 5mg + Dexamethasone 1 mg March 8
    Ovidrel trigger shot March 16
    IUI #2 March 18 with progesterone suppositories beginning March 19
    Positive HPT April 2 Praise God!!! :)
    Estimated Due Date: December 8

    I'm sorry for and deeply understand your stress, my second iui is next week. My RE stated that an infection could "possibly" effect the count, but I don't think they meant the common cold. You'll do great...Fx for u and praying for a successful sticky bean!

    Hi @Stuuuaaart sorry you haven't been feeling well. :( good luck on your first iui! My first iui will probably be the middle of next week and I've been getting more and more anxious about it too. 

    @CooCoo4U glad to hear you're going ahead with the second iui. Do you know yet when it will be? I am crossing all of my fingers and toes and everything else I have for you. I want so badly for it to work for you this cycle!!!!

    @srh18.  I just read that ur planning for the middle of next week.... I can't wait to hear all about it...sincerely hoping for success this round.... you gotta keep us (me) :D posted....I'm glad we ddnt give up! Last month was a rough one..... praying for super duper follicles and zillions of great swimmers for us!!

    @Stuuuaaart Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question but am so sorry you are going through this! I had my first IUI last month and was sooo nervous beforehand, I had trouble sleeping and my stomach was in knots. I felt so relieved once it was over, and if I do a second one I feel better now that I know what to expect. I hope all goes well for you this weekend and that you and your family feel better soon!

    March 2016: IUI#1 w/ Clomid, Ovidrel, Progesterone, Estradiol - BFN
    April-May 2016: treatment on hold due to bad thyroid levels, adjusted meds
    June 2016: IUI#2 w/ Clomid, Ovidrel, Progesterone, Estradiol - BFN
    July 2016: on hold again due to thyroid
    July 13th: IVF consult
    August 2016: IUI#3 w/ Femara, Ovidrel, Progresterone - BFN
    Sept/Oct 2016: IVF + ICSI

    @CooCoo4U you have to let me know how the acupuncture goes! I've read a lot of women in these boards do it. My CD11 us and bw is tomorrow morning. Hopefully triggering around then (last month I was ready to trigger cd12). I'm really getting irritated with all of these appts-just another reason I'm hoping for a BFP soon!! Hugs!
