Did anyone have symptoms completely disappear and it not end badly?

I feel like I'm not pregnant anymore. I have a scan on Friday so I'll know more then but thought I would ask... I don't think this is going to end well.
We were measuring 6+2 at 6+5 but saw a HB so actually started to get my hopes up. I've been very tired but haven't been queezy since Saturday. I only threw up once this PG last Monday.
Anyway.... Thanks for any experiences!

I just started spotting red blood so I think it's over for me.

9/5/18 Diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (4-5 follicles, one ovary had none and was very atrophied)
RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.

We're going to Europe in 5 weeks so not worrying about miscarrying the whole time and being able to enjoy French champagne are very very minor consolations. Strange place to be.
