any moms have HG last pregnancy? I did, and I am terrified it's going to happen again. It was a total nightmare. It started for me right at 5 weeks with DS, and I'll be 5 weeks Tuesday. I'm just crossing my fingers I don't deal with it again.

I didn't but I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I have basic run of the mill morning sickness (from morning until night) which I am having a hard time dealing with so I really feel for those moms that have hyperemesis, I really could't imagine going through that.

My morning sickness began in full last week and I've been having trouble keeping anything down. My first thing to do tomorrow is to call the doctor. My mom likely had HG with me but said no one ever mentioned it to her. She puked all day all pregnancy and did not gain barely any weight. She had trouble with being dehydrated and had to be hospitalized at a point. I worry this will be something that happens to me.

Mine seems to be going on all day and it makes it hard to take my prenatals or eat. I feel for anyone who has HG. It sounds truly awful.

I had it with both girls starting at 7-8 weeks. Both times I got hospitalized several times and it was terrible until around 22 weeks. Then it flared up again at around 31 weeks. It was awful!

I did last pregnancy, and I do now. It's horrible and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Just keep pushing and go to the hospital if you need to. Seriously.

I did too. I was a little worried about this while we we're TTC but so far my nausea has been way better than last time already so I'm hopeful.
