Im having some pretty bad leg aches and Charley horse cramps in my calves. The cramping happens while sleeping, but the aching is constant. From looking around it seems I need more
potassium. BESIDES bananas and orange juice what else are good sources of potassium? I'm eating a banana daily alresdy and have been.

I feel like the dad in My Big Fat Greek Wedding... except instead of Windex, I suggest Gatorade for what ails you

I need to up my game with hydration, potassium, and other minerals, because I had two full blown charley horse cramps in both legs last night and the night before, and it was sooooo painful.... I freaked my husband out.... How many bananas can I eat in one day ??? Hydration might be a big culprit though so I'll start with that.

Good info on the Gatorade. I generally only drink coffee and water, but was desperate for hydration and calories during that migraine episode. Not going lie, obsessively brushed my teeth after reading these comments though!
Also great tip on the smoothies! I don't like coconut water, but I bet it would be fine in a smoothie!

I did go out and buy coconut water yesterday to give it another chance! I don't love it but I think I can get used to it. And the smoothie idea is great
