  I know a lot of people that wear a black undershirt, and then take a snap scrub top or jacket in their scrub color to put over it. Also wore elastic bottoms if the tie ones wouldn't fit.

  I just bought up a size and it's gotten me through so far at 38 weeks.
  cherokee workwear is what I wear because they come in tall. 
  the xs got tight around 24 weeks so I bought mediums. They are baggy in the butt but comfortable around the waist under the bump.

  My issue is if I buy another size up from what I have already the chest is so baggy my chest hangs out. I have been told by my manager that I can wear a tshirt with a button up jacket but then I am roasting

  Hmm. Don't they have some short sleeved ones? I know I've seen some people in them. I personally haven't looked because I've been pulled from work already.

  I have just worn long tanks under my scrubs. We also have a departmental maternity scrub collection. I highly recommend it as no one wants to spend that money and this way we just trade it off to whomever needs it (we always have at least 4 people pregnant it seems).

  Ok I'm sorry I misunderstood. I though you were asking about pants.
  my office is allowing a tank top under my lab coat so I just have been keeping the lab coat open. 
  Mayernity scrubs can be pricey so I got lucky and dodged the bullet

  I've been wearing a t-shirt under a button-up scrub top, and Cherokee maternity pants that I bought off amazon. Try looking for a button-up short sleeve scrub top instead of a lab jacket, it may help with getting so hot.

  Yep- just go on amazon and type in maternity scrubs.  2 tops and 2 bottoms will get you through the 8 weeks and next time.  Thank goodness I switched over to maternity and not just to larger sizes, made all the difference in the world.  I tried several brands I found on Amazon and one isn't better than the other. I searched high and low on various websites for better prices and had no luck so stuck with Amazon.  You know how scrubs run big? Maternity scrubs run bigger so be aware of that.
