Holy bloat! And gasssssss! Sheesh I need to toot! (TMI)

Oh lawd! I'm soooo bloated! All this week. I've had gas pains and tons of gas all week.   Dr. Google tells me it's due to increased progesterone.  So while this can be considered a good sign things are going well, I don't think my belly can take more or I'll explode!

  • Are your pants too tight? When I stay squeezed in too long, I'm in so much pain by the end of the day. Also, tums, and cat/cow yoga poses help relieve the pain somewhat!
  • Oh yes! I tried to wear skinny jeans the other day... So much pressure! I need sweatpants for everyday lol

  • I am beyond gassy and constipated and I'm only 4+6. It's painful and embarrassing! I've been trying some fiber gummies to try to help and drinking plenty of water, but no luck yet.

    Femara + Ovidrel + TI #2: 1/16 - 2/16 = BFN
    Femara + Ovidrel + TI #3: 2/16 - 3/16 = BFP (Squish) 3/18/16, no growth/HB 4/12/16, MC on 5/3/16

  • Try the downward dog position while relaxing your core. Works for me!
