Twatwaffle Tuesday 3/22

It's been two whole months since I used the word twatwaffle :(


SO is hogging the bathroom right now. It's been thirty minutes. My contacts and deodorant are being held hostage!

    LO seems to have learned the art of whining at the ripe young age of 4 months. We both had a crappy night of sleep and he's just grating on me. He will not go down for a nap and his cries sound more like whining than actually being upset about anything. I really don't want to adult today. 

    Also DH. It really doesn't help me if you get up to "help" when I've already gotten up and am halfway through the diaper change. You don't get bonus points for "trying". You were awake before me and could have easily taken care of lo's diaper.

    My dogs are annoying the crap out of me the only bark at stuff outside or wrestle loudly when she's down for a nap!

    4 month sleep regression and Ford.  I need my damn car back, it went in at 9am yesterday and isn't being fixed, it's sitting there waiting for the head mechanic.  If the head mechanic was off on Monday why the hell would you give us that appointment.  I have 2 kids and being stuck at home for 2 days is bullshit... Get your shit together Ford

    My MIL. My LO is easily overwhelmed and can't handle my loud nephews running around. They're just being typical little boys so it's not their fault. However, I would expect MIL to understand this as I've told her multiple times. She continues to choose her grandsons over LO. MIL was supposed to watch LO tomorrow for a couple of hours. LO has been suffering from stranger anxiety though so I wanted to take her over to MIL's today to see how she does. MIL knew this, but yet she decides on her own, that a day won't make a difference so she's just going to have the boys stay the night tonight. They stayed the night before so they were literally there all day today. A day might not make a difference, but that wasn't the point. The point was to see how she would do. So I'm not dropping her off tomorrow and I told her exactly why.

    Huggies Diapers.... I hate you! We got a bunch of Huggies from our diaper raffle. I'm nearing the end of my size 2 stash and have not been a fan this whole time. I have no #3 diapers so I need to order a box tomorrow and hope that they fit so I can be done with Huggies. I'm so over dealing with poopsplosions but the penny pincher in me can't justify buying more #2 diapers since we still have 3 packs left.

    Walmart is really good about returns, so long as they carry the diapers.   Maybe try returning the remaining 3 packs.  We also hate Huggies.

    I haven't tried Luvs yet with Bridget.  She's just moving into size 2 diapers now so I may try them.  She had a horrible reaction (blisters all over despite frequent diaper changes) PLUS poopsplosions in Target brand diapers.  I can't stand Huggies and their tiny tabs.  It's good to know that I might be able to go outside of the Pampers box.   
    If there's something strange underneath the hood.  Who you gonna call?  Your Doctor.  If there's something weird and it don't look good.  Who you gonna call?  Your Doctor.  Immediately.  If it's new, painful, and possibly pregnancy related get your ass off the internet and call your doctor.  It's for your health and your child's.

    Target is also really good about exchanges. & Target customer service lines are a lot shorter than Walmart! At least where I live. I just tell them I got the diapers at my baby shower...... I didn't have a baby shower lol.

    I'm still dealing with billing errors made by my insurance company and the hospital from the birth of my daughter almost five months ago. Now the hospital is threatening to send me to collections over bills I have already paid, when they are the twatwaffles who can't even figure out their own computer system!!!  

    Woke up because bebe was hungry, now she's sleeping soundly next to me, but I'm wide awake thinking about how much I hate the billing department. F those guys for stealing my precious sleep.

    Another Luvs fan! I think they're terribly ugly, and I don't like the crinkly plastic feel of them, but they contain my sons massive poops. When we were using pampers we had blowouts at least once a day as well as often multiple small leaks. I'm with you on huggies and those little tabs. Plus I think they just look so awkward at the hips. So far Luvs have led to the least extra laundry, so that's what we've been going with. Though my son has never had even a diaper rash much less a reaction to any diapers, so he's not got a picky butt haha.

    I think I used the Pampers coupon already, because it was not there for me.  Amazon brand wipes have a 50% off coupon.  I just got them and like them so far (and they are really cheap with the coupon)
