No appetite

I have had no appetite for a few weeks.  The week before I found out I was pregnant I had the worst stomach bug of my life.  My whole body hurt, I was in the bathroom 3 times an hour, I couldn't even keep water down.  The week I found out I was pregnant I didn't have an appetite and I thought it was because I was still kinda sick.  But, that hasn't gone away.   If I eat a salad I'll be stuffed for hours, and most nights I force myself to eat because I don't even feel hungry for dinner.  My portion sizes have shrunk to less than half what they used to be, and if I eat one bite too much I puke.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Is this a food aversion thing? Please tell me this will change.  I do feel hungry, but then I can only eat a very tiny amount at a time.

    I feel the exact same way. I had food poisoning the week I found out and thought that I was just recovering from that for a while, but now that it's been two weeks it's clearly not that. I just eat really small portions until I'm hungry again. It's the worst at dinner when I want to eat more so I'm not starving when I wake up, but I feel so sick if I try to eat more than a half portion of dinner.

    It'll change.  I always feel like that at the beginning of pregnancy, and then get hungrier in the 2nd half.  It's better for my nausea and aversion to eat smaller amounts more often.  So I still eat meals (because I eatvwith my kids), but smaller amounts and then I eat small snacks in between meals.  I rarely want to eat, but I try and eat a little hre and there even if it doesn't sound good.

    This kid seems to just want me to eat vegetarian, all meat has made me sick.  My snacks are fruits now and meals are something vegetarian.
