How to dry up milk

After multiple rounds of mastitis I am mentally and physically done with breastfeeding. LO seems fine w formula and I have a good freezer stash to get her through another month or so until solids start.

I am looking for stories from others as to how long it took and any other particular advice. I'm terrified for mastitis again.

Still breast feeding here but I'm just impressed you have enough milk for a month!

Claritin during the day and Benadryl at night. I would try that for a week and see what happens..

Sudafed. I also did the cabbage trick for kicks.

I started on the pill (regular not mini) and that helped a lot.
