...what? I don't understand why each of your sentences is it's own response.
I'm also not sure what you are asking about. Early labor signs? None are reliable. Things that happen may indicate labor, or may just be like "hey, you're 9 months pregnant, you're body is gonna be weird" things, you won't know until you are actually in labor.
Do you have specific questions? Getting that we're all close to our EDDs, there are a LOT of discussions going on, try searching for specific key words first to see if there is already conversation on what you have questions on. The average FTM has their baby at 41+1, so statistically you've still got some time.
Each person is different in how much leave they take. If you end up with a c section I would say that might not be enough since you can't drive for about 2 wks. Have you tried talking to your admin office? When I was in school they had a process for a leave of absence that consisted of a longer leave. Hopefully something like that is available to you. Not sure of your full situation but maybe consider getting help from family or friends if you do need to return sooner.
I highly encourage you to use the search option to check out recent conversations. One of the trimester boards has one going already.
We also don't know what level of school are you in. That could help us out some in giving recommendations on leave or who you need to talk to or what kinds of questions to ask.
And I will piggy back on what PP (and myself) already mentioned. You do need to search around the board before you ask additional questions, because if there is already a lengthy discussion on the topic, you could find information without having to ask. If you repeat questions that have already been discussed at length, you are going to get the responses you deemed as "rude"...though I'm pretty sure the one or two you have seen so far are far from "rude"...so if you don't want that, just do a little looking before asking. The snark be plentiful here...
What kind of student are you? College, high school, technical school? Maybe that would help people answer your questions as there could be someone who has gone through a similar situation.
Studying textile design We don't have any birth classes where i live..lamaze..nothing..no one to talk to or explain.. I really liked my previous doctor but i had to change my doctor too As I'll be living with my mom till after delivery
I am going to piggy back on the others here ... No one has been rude; lurk and search to see if someone has already asked what you are trying to ask. If you haven't found the answer to what you are looking for, feel free to ask. However, we need more from you; complete sentences and questions will be helpful.
The ladies on this board are a wealth of knowledge, but again, you have to spell out what you are asking, we can't read your mind.
Are you in the U.S. or international? I have some experience with having my first during a college term but I'm not sure what type of educational system you're in? How close are you to the end of your term at school?
The board here is meant as a social community where we can support each other and have relevant discussions. It's not really meant as a place where you just post a random sentence where no one knows who you are or what you do. In the app there is a search bar where you can type in keywords like "student" and see what other threads exist on the topic. People are not rude here, but if you need a support system a good start would be to introduce yourself and ask a clear question if you could not find an answer in the other threads.
If you make a complete list of your questions, number them and post them here as a single reply to this discussion. It will prevent additional posts from clogging up the board. We can reply to them by number. If you make individual replies (or posts) for each question it makes the board really messy and hard for us to give you the answers you need.
The search bar is at the bottom if using your phone.
The boards are useful to learn about other lady's experiences but talk to your doctor about medical concerns to be sure. Remember each pregnancy is different.
Will your mom be able to help you after delivery? Any friends you can get support from? Check with the hospital for class information (if it's not too late) or even YouTube it.
From what I gather, you are a first time mom that is due in 3 weeks and you have no idea what to expect. You are living with your mom who doesn't remember much about caring for a child. You are in school and, apparently, get 14 days of leave from said school. You have also had some medical care, but have switched doctors.
First, I hope you are getting regular care from your doctor. At this point in pregnancy, it is typically 1 appointment a week. There could be a number of signs that tell you labor is starting: your water breaking, contractions starting (and becoming more regular and increasing in frequency and intensity), to just feeling ... off. Your doctor should be your main source of information and questions. Next appointment, have a list written out so you don't forget any and go over each one until you are comfortable with the answers.
As far as 14 days off. From personal experience, that would NOT be enough time off for me. It is so incredibly important to bond with your baby as much as possible for as long as possible. Are you planning to breast feed or formula feed? Breast feeding requires so much time and patience to establish a great feeding routine and often it takes longer than 2 weeks. You will also be recovering - 6-8 weeks of recovery is fairly standard (if not longer). You likely wont even be able to drive for a week or 2 after.
As far as living at home and having everything set there: Baby needs clothes, diapers, formula or breast milk, and a place to sleep. (A car seat if you will be driving, but I cant tell where you live so this may not be necessary, but some sort of carrier or stroller for baby might be more helpful)
Re: i am first time mom, my due date is 14th April.
There's so much on my mind.. all i want is to focus on my baby.. but i can't

I also like potatoes.
