What's new with baby (size, development):blueberry
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: still trying to come up with an ideal daycare situation. I love the place DD goes but it will be too expensive for 2. I also have to figure out when DD is going to go to preschool.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: dizzy, thirsty all the time, food aversions. I'm also craving a lot of comfort foods from my childhood and the same thing happened when I was pregnant with DD!
When is your next appointment: Monday for an ultrasound
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? Great question! Maybe The Blacklist because I wanted to be in the FBI for a while?
What's new with baby (size, development): My baby is an Appleseed. It's got a tail! What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: I asked H if we could buy it a onesie. We both are suffering from PGAL brain, so he's hesitant, but I think I'm going to go out and buy a Cubs onesie.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I had terrible cramps/backache last night and I kept running to the bathroom, but no blood. They were definitely AF-like, but lasted about 3 hours. I wasn't doubled over, but they were more intense then I remember. Im hoping that's normal? No morning sickness or extreme fatigue yet, which would reassure me things are going well. Maybe by next week?
When is your next appointment: First appt is on 4/4 when I will be 7 wks, 2 days. It cannot come fast enough. I just need to know baby is where it should be and has a heartbeat.
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? Downton Abbey! I would of course want to be upstairs and live the life of leisure and hobnobbing with the Prince of Wales.
Sweet pea! Developing a fancy new circulatory system and facial features.
Nothing really. We're on vacation this week.
My nausea and fatigue have mostly gone away the past day or two. I guess that's a rant. It makes me nervous when my symptoms subside.
My next appointment is another ultrasound on the 31st, when I'll be almost 8 weeks. I'm excited and also super nervous for that. I think if everything looks good at that appointment I'll let myself really start getting excited. For some reason I'm really thinking this isn't going to be a sticky bean lately.
Firefly. Kaylee and I would be besties. Also then (spoilers) I could push Wash out of the way during the fight with the reavers.
What's new with baby (size, development): Size of an apple seed
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing yet
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: My first beta this week was low (102). I'm really nervous about it, but trying to be optimistic. I just had a loss in November, so it's been hard not to think the worst.
When is your next appointment: Repeat beta this Tuesday. 1st U/S is scheduled for April 4th.
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? That's a tough one! Probably That 70's Show. I just watched Dazed and Confused last night, so I'm feeling the 70's right now

What's new with baby (size, development): The size of a lentil. Ears, nose and eyes at the beginning stages of developing
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Just trying to eat better and remain active
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: my only symptom remains at sore boobs...not sure if that's a rant or a rave lol I'll take over ms though
When is your next appointment: Tuesday but only to confirm pregnancy and do a uterus check. Hoping 1st ultrasound will be scheduled soon thereafter...probably around 8-9 weeks.
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick. Modern Family. I love them!
This is my first ticker check-in so it's a long one!
Week: 5
What's new with baby (size, development): All my different apps reference different things. So, red lentil, appleseed, or orange seed. Neural tube is closing and the rudimentary heart will start beating this week!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Still trying to take it easy. DH said today we start healthier pregnancy diet... yuck. I'm also going to go the gym today, but not going to do anything intense. Maybe just walk on the treadmill for 40 min or so.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: DH and I had our first pregnant sex this morning, since we stopped the day after ovulation. I got really worried about the little appleseed, so I didn't O. When is it going to feel okay to do? I also took a clear blue digi this morning, and "Pregnant" showed up right away, and then it said 2-3 weeks. I think that's okay for hitting week 5, right? Because technically I just hit week 3 for fetal age, and I had a ton of pee when I got up this morning, so the sample may have been fairly dilute. Symptoms:None of the "traditional" symptoms yet. It seems like I'm getting one or two new pimples every day right now though, and I thought the breakout would stop once hcg got higher, and my skin would become magically clear and gorgeous. Anyone know what is safe to use as a treatment? Also, my eczema is getting worse. Stupid skin issues.
When is your next appointment: First appointment is 4/1 at 6+6! Really hoping everything looks okay!
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? Hmm... as much as I want to say Doctor Who, I don't want to live with constant alien invasions. So, I'm going to pick Big Bang Theory because Pasadena is nice.
@chloe97 I had very substantial AF-like cramps on my loss day (4+4) and it freaked me out soooo much. I took a wondfo (still positive with a super diluted sample and only 45 min hold) and called my doctor, and they said not to worry unless the pain is so severe that you can't sit, stand or walk, or is accompanied by bleeding/spotting. I don't have MS or fatigue yet either, and sore nips come and go. Lack of symptoms definitely freaks me out. Not that I want any! I would be super grateful for a low symptom pregnancy, but it's definitely disconcerting.
I hope we get more Saturday ticker change ladies! I know weekends are usually slow.
@jdebaie, you and I are appointment twins! I also have an ultrasound Monday at 7+2.
@chloe97, I had really bad cramps between weeks 4 to 5.5 that were worse than my normal AF cramps. Scary, but it seems normal. They've subsided since, but I still get a few here and there.
Mobile's being bratty today with copy and paste, but here's my update:
Week: 7
What's New: baby is the size of a wee raspberry or a playing die
What are you doing to get ready for baby: nothing, and we probably won't until after first tri.
Rants/Raves: Today is my loss milestone, so I'm just trying to make it through the day. The fact that I'm still here without spotting after waking up this morning means I've made it farther than last time. I think my anti-anxiety drug of choice today will be chocolate ice cream...
Beyond that, all my symptoms are mild! Still no real MS. A tiny bit of indigestion and heartburn, a few moments of "huh, that meal isn't sitting well", but nothing I'd really classify as nausea. Sore boobs, but not crazy, tired but not "OMG can't move tired". My brain needs reassurance!
Next appointment: Monday at 7+2. Will have an ultrasound, which is getting me through the weekend.
GTKY: like @MissAmeliaPond, I'd like to say Dr. Who because it's exciting, but the constant life-threatening situations would be too hard. I'm going to say Friends. They were awesome characters, and I'd take being able to live in unrealistically large NYC apartments on a 20-something's budget!
Now I want chocolate ice cream. That's a healthy lunch choice, right?
Happy thoughts headed your way @RiverSong15 ! Loss milestones are hard. Mine is on Friday. I think I'm going to go for a massage or something that day to distract myself.
What's new with baby (size, development): 6 week sweet pea
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing yet.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: The nausea is here. I'm pretty well medicated with Diclectin. I get really sick, so I asked for a script immediately. The exhaustion is crushing. And between bouts of nausea, I'm stuffing my face with the most random things. Veggie spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, cinnamon rolls, toast with cheez whiz. ???
When is your next appointment: Ultrasound March 29th.
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? I'd be an extra on a show that's relatively normal, like The Office. No one important, just doing my thing and going about my day.
I've probably been on The Bump longer than you have.

SNIP
We've only had sex twice since our BFP. Once a few days after and again today and I O'd both times. I've been a little worried each time, even though I know I'm being silly. The first time, I started spotting 36 hours later, so I know it was probably unrelated, but it still threw me for a loop. Today, I had some weird, light pain after. It lasted about an hour and I've been fine since. Also, my O felt...different. Not in a bad way, just like I can tell my ute is heavier? Hard to describe.
Re: skin - same as you, I am still hoping for beautiful pregnant skin. But, I started using African black soap to cleanse and Belli acne treatment topically. Then moisturize with cetaphil oil free moisturizer. This helped keep my oily, PCOS skin halfway decent these last few months. Fingers still crossed for that pregnant glow!
Me: 31; DH: 31 NTNP: May 2015 TTC #1: late August 2015 PCOS Dx: January 2016, starting Femara Feb 2016 BFP: 2/29/16 - Happy Leap Day!
What's new with baby (size, development): Working on brain cells this week!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Sleep. So much sleep.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I feel like I'm hungover every day, and I do not want to complain because I'm so excited to be pregnant, but I just really appreciate that I had none of these symptoms last time!
When is your next appointment: The wait for the 30th feels excruciating! I have been feeling really discouraged by so many stories of loss, which is not something I typically struggle with. I think the drastically different symptoms, the constant fatigue and then reading so many stories of miscarriages is taking it's toll. I know there is no guarantee in pregnancy, but I know that actually seeing a little heartbeat will do so much to encourage my own heart.
GTKY:If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? Oh, wow! So many choices! I think maybe I'd choose Fixer Upper, because then that would mean Chip and Joanna would be making my cute but tiny old house into a perfectly sound big and beautiful old house!
@Ash9614 thanks for the commiseration and sharing! I haven't had any spotting yet, thank goodness. I got a charcoal face wash (that doesn't contain any salicylic acid), and I'm going to see if it does any good, but I'm not expecting any miracles.
