Constipation????

DS has been having major constipation issues. I've tried prunes, prune juice and even Karo syrup to no avail. Has anyone had to use a laxative? The pedi prescribed one and I'm hoping it helps, but I wonder if any of you had any experience with this. Any other ideas are welcome as well. TIA!

Our son has the same issues and our pedi suggested benifiber, just a tsp in his drink or on his food. It worked for us. You might try it or ask your pedi about it.?
