Pain under rib cage?

I'm 20 weeks today, although baby was measuring a week ahead at 12 weeks.  The last few weeks, I've had a frequent pain under my rib cage, on the right side.  It's sharp and usually doesn't last too long--not a dull ache.  I see the OBGYN tomorrow, but my blood pressure was normal at my ophthalmologist visit yesterday.  Has anyone experienced this, and if so, any idea what it is?  It occurs when I'm sitting still, or sometimes if I turn.

    When this happened to me during my last pregnancy, the doctor did an ultrasound of my gallbladder. When that came back normal she just blamed it on pregnancy stretching and growing and said I was fine.
