Scapula Pain

I woke up with pain behind my right shoulder blade, and it's is exacerbated when I try to turn my head or use my right arm. Any others experience this? Maybe j slept wrong? Although, frankly, I didn't sleep all that much last night!

I have no experience but I think I've heard that could be related to gallbladder issues?

I've been getting random pains in my chest since my milk came in. I've heard it because of pressure on the nerves.
