hi guys!
So I am currently 10weeks and a few days along! I was in pretty good shape before getting pregnant but my morning/all day sickness and exhaustion have caused me to workout 2-3 times a week if I'm lucky. Before I found out I was pregnant I actually did Crossfit 3 times a week and ran or walked at least one other day. I really want to start jogging again now that I'm having some energy but I'm worried about hurting the baby? Any advice?
I dont see see my Dr again for a two weeks.
Re: Working out/jogging?
I haven't ever done CrossFit so I don't have advice on that. I run though and I have been continuing to run without problem. I probably wouldn't start a brand new type of workout. For example, it may be fine for you to add some crossfit, but I have never done it so I'm not going to start.
Exercise is great and usually encouraged by your doctor. Just do what feels good.
