  I used Blogspot for my last pregnancy and wrote entries and included photos, texts, emails etc. Then I used Blog2print.com and printed out my blog in a book form for my daughter.

  I used the Belly Book my last pregnancy. It's simple, not too time-consuming and I'm so glad that i have it so I can see how my symptoms and other things compare. I ordered another copy of it last week and have already started writing in it.

  @MamanBee thanks for asking this!  I am also wanting to do some kind of pregnancy journal but I'm not sure what format.  Before I met my husband I started writing letters to him and continued to write until we got married.  I gave him that stack of letters on our wedding day.  I was thinking of doing something similar with this LO.

  My mom had a journal where she would write to me every day and let me know what she was feeling and doing. I plan on doing the same for LO when I find the right journal. Handwritten all the way here!

  Last time I took a weekly belly pic and layered a weekly journal entry on it in a shutterfly photobook. I kept the journal entries in one big word doc. It was super easy. And I was able to scan in my ultrasound pics and add my maternity photo shoot pics. I've started doing to same for this LO already.

  We made our daughter an e-mail address, and sent her pictures of us getting her room ready, her ultrasounds, little notes etc. When she's older, we'll give her the password. I still send her e-mails, pictures and videos of the things she's doing now. We'll do the same for this baby.
  
  Unsolicited advice for FTMs: set the bar low. Don't kill yourself doing creative stuff you won't be able to keep up for baby #s2+, hahaha.

  I ordered a few different books last time and then got lazy about half way through my pregnancy and stopped using them.  Oops. I think one was called the belly book.

  I already use blogger for another blog I have, so I plan on starting a private blogger page to journal my pregnancy. I am a big scrapbooker as well, so I will probably make a pregnancy scrapbook too.

  I bought a journal and write to LO. I talk about hopes and fears, milestones, his/her siblings. I have one for all my kids. Eventually I'll give it to them but I'm not sure when.

  I bought actually both the Belly Book and The Ultimate Pregnancy Journal mentioned above on Amazon.  I didn't like either, so they're going back today.

  I'm writing in a journal in a "Dear Sprout" letter-y format. I did the same thing with my previous pregnancies. I still write in my daughter's journal occasionally (when she hits a milestone, on her first Christmas, etc) and I'm planning to give each kid their journal when they're 18 or something.

  Hi! Thanks for posting this. I started writing thoughts/feelings down in a word document on my computer, which is not very fun but after reading this I ordered 2 journals from Amazon! I hope I can at least write something down every week. I also want to take weekly pictures but I already failed to take the 6 week picture...
