IVF/Follicle Growth

Hi all!

I have low AMH and am on the Microflare Lupron Protocol. I had my first monitoring visit today (starting day 5 of shots) and while there is 1 follicle that is at 17 there are 5 others that are not at good sizes (12.4, 12.1, 10.0, 4.4, 4.0). The doctor told me to see what happens over the weekend and come back Monday (giving us 4 days including today)... Can someone speak to a positive experience with follicles growning that fast?

Any thoughts are much appreciated!

I feel like I'm on the low side of follicle growing always

Round #1 was only 5
Round #2 was about 10

This second time around on feb 23rd we have only had 4 follicles measuring over 10 (doctor does not measure if they under 10) and I was pretty sad at the lower number this time around even though we were on an increase in drugs. BUT on Feb 25th we went back and had over 10 big enough to measure!

I was amazed how quickly they grew up

So I'm hoping for the best for you for sure!!

thanks for sharing @rperry516 , i am on microflare for low amh too this time and go in for my day 5 U/S tomorrow morning. Hope your appointment tomorrow morning goes well. i thought i had heard that the follicles can grow quickly throughout this protocol but am still learning myself. good luck!

Hi there! Follistim and Menopur have been my stims. My follicles have grown anywhere between 1-3 mm a day. Those numbers you have look good! Probably with the exception of the 4s (depends on when is your ER) all those follicles are contenders! FX for good growth!
