My chiropractor recommended that I get a wedge pillow in addition to my snoggle to help support the weight of my belly and reduce the hip/lower back pain I've been experiencing at night. She told me to try a rolled up towel, but that usually ends up unrolled, not supporting anything (although it does help when it is nicely in place). I've found a number of people referring to wedge pillows on different threads, but haven't found which brand people use. The one that seems to be the cheapest and easiest to find is a Jolly Jumper brand, but it has pretty crappy reviews from what I saw (people complaining it's too hard, mostly). What have you been using?
Re: Wedge pillows
The setup I ended up going with is to use two regular pillows at my back, and put the snoogle against it so that the hook part (curve part? What do I call it?) supports my head (I need to be at an angle so I can breathe). The wedge goes beneath the snoogle hook and supports my shoulders/upper body.
I just use a little bit of the comforter for my belly - it's thin but fluffy enough to support without hurting.
Here's a demo if anyone is interested. I really feel like it helps my night hip pain.
So if anyone has a wedge that they like, please let me know which!

I've had a snoggle from day one of the pregnancy. I sleep decently. I also use a regular pillow under my bump if I want to turn the other way instead of flipping the entire snoggle over (I can't imagine how heavy it is especially at night).
Never thought about the wedge - its unnecessary for me.
