Baby Positions

Is Any One Else's Baby In The Posterior Position Opposed To Anterior. If So How Often Do You Feel Baby's Movements? Is Labor Really Difficult? &Also Does This Garantee That Postition Will Stay The Same?

Re: Baby Positions

  • Don't know with current baby, ultrasound next week. With DD1 she was breech at her 20 week ultrasound & never budged. Had to have a C-section.... as far as feeling her movements, it took a little longer because I had an anterior placenta (like a pillow in front of her). But, definelty felt her kicks as time progressed!! Towards the end I could also feel her head at my chest- it was uncomfortable.

  • I think you mean posterior vs. anterior placenta, not baby position. At this point, the baby still moves around a ton and doesn't stay in the same position like it does late in the third trimester.

If so, we just had a thread on this topic last week.
