Oh gosh, sadly probably my laptop and my family binder that has copies of all our important documents in it. After those boring things... Probably my wedding ring and a heirloom ring from my paternal grandmother who was like a second mother to me and passed away about 12 years ago.
I would grab the wooden cross that my DH great uncle made for our wedding altar. Also, I wear a necklace everyday that hubby gave me when we found out we were expecting so I would make sure I had that too. I'm not that sentimental about pictures but, that will change once the baby comes, I'm sure!
Oh wow this is tough! My late fathers photos from when he was a kid all the way to his adulthood. Also my fathers Military uniform jacket with metals. All my memorabilia items I have stashed.
Two things: my external hard drive that backs up all my photos and also, hopefully it's on my finger, my wedding rings (includes my engagement ring, grandmother's wedding band and my wedding band).
Same as a lot of other people, the hard drive with all our photos on it. I would make my husband grab that though bc I have no clue where it is. I would grab my Nana's wedding ring set and if time allowed, my Grandma's wedding dress.
Same as everyone else- pics and wedding jewelry. I was also given a bible by my great uncle for my 1st holy communion. It was my great aunt's childhood bible and they never had children. Even at that young age, I knew it was special. It has been at my bedside ever since.
I have a TON of really old family pictures dating back to the mid/late 1800's. They're all in one box together for this very reason... if the house was on fire. They're in an fire box near the front door. Everything else is replaceable, these are not.
