How big is baby (fruit size or other)? Banana. Anatomy scan Tuesday said baby is 10 oz
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? The anatomy scan was great! They show you so much. Only problem was baby was curled up in a little ball so she kept poking me with the wand, and pushing pretty hard when scanning--it kind of hurt! Baby passed all tests, though, so that's what matters! Looking healthy and active in there; hanging out in the breech position at the moment.

How big is baby (fruit size or other)? Onion or video game controller! When I told my SIL she said she was going home to hold one of their controllers like a baby lol
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? Struggling with sleeping a bit which is making me really tired during the day. H has also been restless and snoring a lot and I guess I have been a crazy bitch in the middle of the night yelling at him to stop... lol. Last night he went strait to the guest room to sleep for the night, it kind of made me sad... but kind of relieved to have a better night's rest.
Questions? To the above comment... has anyone else been sleeping in separate beds at times? It's such a big no no in H's family it makes me feel guilty... but a good night's rest is important too, right?
GTKY: Favorite Healthy Snack or Meal (share your recipes). I have been doing great with lots of fruits; apples, bananas, melon and now plums are my latest favorite! Also eating almonds and walnuts to get some more protein in me!

@Bubblegum5586 I have told my SO he should go sleep on the couch a few times when he starts snoring and he replies you go sleep on the couch! I'm like I'm the one that's pregnant! lol So far we haven't had to do that yet, but I imagine it will happen eventually.
How many weeks today? 17w. 17 on the 17th! I feel like it's some sort of golden pregnancy week.
How big is baby (fruit size or other)? They are the size of Onions.
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? Headaches every single morning when I wake up. Some things I've read is because it can be low blood sugar, which wouldn't surprise me. I get light headed pretty easily and these kids make me eat ALL THE TIME. Also, the acid reflux has started. I've battled with it most of my lift and thought perhaps I'd be lucky not to have it during pregnancy. No such luck... SO ordered me a snoogle pillow today for my birthday next week. I can't wait to get that either, because sleep is just starting to be a tad uncomfortable!
Questions? Hmm not at the moment
GTKY: Favorite Healthy Snack or Meal (share your recipes). I'm a huge fan of the crockpot for meals. I like to make like beef stew (stew meat, some flour, carrots, celery, onion, potato) and let it cook all day. Super easy and is even better reheated, I also really enjoy throwing spare ribs and kraut in. Basically anything in the crock pot is a win for me. For snacks, I am a string cheese person or greek yogurt with some granola. I still have not been able to get into the veggie mood too much this pregnancy, which sucks because before this I ate a ton of veggies.
How many weeks today? 17 on St. Patrick's Day the 17th!
How big is baby (fruit size or other)? Pomegranate
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? Got the last piece of nursery furniture yesterday...it's slowly coming together...I can't wait till it's time to decorate with knick knacks and auch.

GTKY: Favorite Healthy Snack or Meal (share your recipes) I've been digging hummus and baby carrots lately.
How many weeks today? 19 weeeeeeeks. So close to five months I can taste it.
How big is baby (fruit size or other)? Mango-sized
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? HIP PAIN. My hips hurt all the time, from my tailbone to my pelvis. The only thing that seems to help is a hot bath and Tylenol.
Questions: Any other back sleepers out there? I am having so much trouble switching from my back to my side. I bought a pregnancy pillow to help, but I just can't seem to find a comfortable place for my arms to be.
GTKY: Favorite Healthy Snack or Meal (share your recipes) I make a delicious cilantro lime jalapeño hummus that has been killer on pretzels or baby carrots.
Cilantro Lime Jalapeño Hummus
1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 1/2 Jalapeños, seeded 2 Limes juiced and zested 3 cloves garlic, peeled 1 bunch cilantro 1/2 tbsp. tahini paste Olive Oil
Grab your favorite food processor and place in cilantro, garlic, jalapeños and cilantro to chop finely. Let the machine do all the work for you. Add in the chickpeas, lime zest and juice and tahini and pulse until well incorporated. Then add olive oil while the processor is running until your hummus achieves the correct consistency. Salt to taste. Use in pitas, sandwiches, wraps and as a dip.
@bubblegum5586 I had a horrible cold and I went into the other room to sleep for 2 nights. My mother thought I was nuts b/c she thought he should have moved but it is easier for me. When we were in the bed together, I was getting anxiety that my cough and sniffling was keeping him up which kept me up. When I moved, we both got a good night sleep.
How many weeks today? 19....how the heck did that happen
How big is baby (fruit size or other)? mango
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? I'm a little concerned about baby's heartbeat. It kinda sounds like a train going over rickety tracks. DD's sounded much smoother. It's a regular rhythm, so no arrhythmia, but idk, all I know if what DD's sounded like so I'm concerned. My OB listened on Monday and didn't say anything, so I'm hoping that it's normal and I'm worried about nothing.

GTKY: Favorite Healthy Snack or Meal (share your recipes) I've been really striving to have healthy, nutritious meals when possible. Breakfast is usually a banana/almond milk/ pb2 shake. For lunch I've been alternating between mashed avocado on gluten free bread with sliced veggies, and my favorite salad: romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, feta and olive oil/salt/pepper/lemon for dressing. Dinner is usually a crockpot chicken meal, baked fish, stir fry, or zucchini pasta.
