Sports Bras?

Hi Ladies! I am trying really hard to fight the exhaustion and continue to work out- but when I run it feels like my boobs are physically rejecting the idea! So much pain!! Have any of you had the same problem, and if so, have you found a good sports bra to help? (I am a D cup pre-pregnancy)

Re: Sports Bras?

  • I am also a D-cup and my boobs are so sore.  I found a cheap padded sports bra at Walmart and it has helped tremendously!  I don't know the brand off the top of my head but I bought a size Large and its tight enough to keep my boobs 'strapped' down but still comfy.

I got mine at lululemon. It was a bit more expensive but it's SO good. And it's like a real bra so I can adjust it if I'm getting larger. I buy the tata tamer specifically.

Edit: I should add I am a DD (technically an E measured properly but I hate big bras, they aren't as pretty and the underwire pokes me in the arm pit.
Even being so large and on a petite frame the tata tamer keeps me so supported and in there. I did competitive cheerleading for 10 years and every run, jump and stunt still kept me stable. Any big cheasted ladies, save yourself the two bras or the serious pain (I've done both) and invest!!
  • I'm a 34dd. I wear the Victoria's Secret knockout sports bras to work out/running. My boobs love them. I probably have them in every color
  • My best luck was wearing a regular bra with a sports bra over it. My preggo boobs are OOC.

  • Another D here (DD before I lost some weight earlier this year, but they may be back up DD thanks to baby hormones). I just wear two sports bras when I work out. The added support is cheap and does the trick!

  • I'm a natural D myself. I got one from Victoria's Secret that zips up the front and has an additional clip-front underwire built into it. For me its the best support/minimal jiggle I've found, though a bit pricey like VS can be..
