Fitness goal? As always, make it to my usual classes. And run moar. I've got a 5k coming up in April and I need to be ready for that.
Health goal? Eat more veggies. Oh, the struggle!
Challenges you’re facing this week? Round ligament pain is making exercise increasingly uncomfortable.

Fitness goal?
I THINK my all day morning sickness has gone away (knock on wood), so my goal is to get back into a workout routine I've still been doing stairs and light yoga. But I want to get back into T25 and jogging.
Health goal?
LAY OFF THE BREAD AND SUGAR. Ugh. I use to be pretty good with this, but lately it's all I want. I need more greens in my life.
Challenges you’re facing this week?
Being really tired and busy. I feel like all my days are completely booked. My 2 year old is crazier than normal, also.

Can I just team up with T Swift and be her BFF who hangs out with her all day and goes to all her concerts?

Fitness goal?
I'm finally off exercise restriction so I started running again this week. I feel so much better already.
Health goal?
Stay fit and eat less bread/carbs. Toast is my go-to when I'm feeling sick, which is often.

Fitness goal?
I just want to make it to 3 workouts a week. I'm finding it really hard to get off my butt! So lazy! My lunch time workouts have been relegated to lunch time naps.
Health goal?
Eat healthier. Stay away from fried foods! (or try to at least)

P.S. have you ladies started modifying certain workouts? My doctor just told me "as long as you were doing it before and not lifting more than 100 lbs you are fine".... but then at barre last Sunday, we were doing reverse crunch tucking, and my teacher was like "honey, have you asked your doctor if you can do this? is it safe? i think we shouldn't be doing this particular one anymore". I thought as long as I was not showing yet and in the first tri, I was fine doing ab workouts. Or am I wrong?
I think I'll have to stash my gloves for now.
Fitness goal? To maintain a real level of fitness throughout this pregnancy, focusing on arm and back strength. I stayed fit throughout my first pregnancy, and lost the baby weight at a very steady pace after my son was born. But, this pregnancy I've been plagued with severe morning (all day) sickness.
Health goal? Get beyond said sickness and start eating healthier. My diet has been shameful. I can only choke down what sounds good right that minute. And, rarely are those things nutritious. I'm seriously lacking in fruits, vegetables and protein.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Same as above, sickness (mixed with a good dose of exhaustion). I have only worked out ONCE in the last three weeks. Considering I was in the best shape of my life before this pregnancy, I'm finding it hard to let go and accommodate my body right now.
GTKY: If you could join any past or current music group which would you want to join? Like @annabenanna, for sure, The Beatles. I don't really want to join the band, I just want to be around the genius. Fun fact, I love Paul McCartney so much that I had his bass guitar tattooed on my back. Then, at one of his shows, he called me on stage and autographed the tattoo.... which I also made permanent. Have I said too much...? lol
Fitness goal? Get to the gym! Also I need to do at least a little yoga every day.
Health goal? Since my nausea has been hitting in the evenings, I need to make sure I am eating healthier breakfasts and lunches since dinner is usually a no-go.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Exhaustion as usual. Also, I have a busy couple of weeks coming up.
GTKY: If you could join any past or current music group which would you want to join? Probably Mumford and Sons. Or The Beatles.
Fitness goal? I have been doing jazzercise everyday (for a 35 day challenge) but just switched to every other day, so i'd like to make sure i stick to that. I know it sounds lame but it can be a great workout!
Health goal? Eat healthier. I need to make sure i'm not using pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever i want. It's a trap!
Challenges you’re facing this week? I've been having some brown spotting and what i'm assuming is round ligament pain this week, so I think i'm going to take a break and rest until our appt on Monday. So my challenge is to eat better since i won't be working out to burn it off.
GTKY: If you could join any past or current music group which would you want to join? That's a tough one! The beatles is a good choice because of how amazing they were, but how much fun would it have been to dance on stage with Elvis too!

Fitness goal? gym the rest of the week- skipped yesterday because of the first OB appointment that didn't happen-but I made it to yoga last night. I also want to get to yoga 2 more times between now and Sunday.
Health goal? make better food choices. I had fried pickles for lunch- delish but I need to get some veggies in me-even if I have to gag them down.
Challenges you’re facing this week? food aversion and generally feeling like poo.

Health goal? Keep up the good work at keeping my blood sugar in check. I struggle with it being perpetually low, and have been doing pretty darn great so far keeping it up!
Challenges you're facing this week? Just being too gassy and bloated and constipated to want to move around. I have a fruit and pistachio and yogurt arsenal prepared to combat this now though. Yay grocery day!

Fitness goal? To be able to do an 8k in April
Health goal? Try to resist the sweet cravings! I need to keep healthy snacks with me!
Challenges you’re facing this week? I've been banned from working out, and it's killing me to miss all my work outs. I'm also finding it harder to stay asleep.

This is a tough one, I would think DMB It's the only group I could listen to non-stop.
Health goal: keep weight gain conservative (20-25lb) and healthy weight gain instead of too-many-sweets weight. I lost 54lb after DS and I don't want to set myself back too far after this one.
Challenges I'm facing this week: The constant nausea is keeping me from drinking much water and I'm afraid of getting dehydrated and sick. I'm also highly dismayed that carbs are the only thing that sound palatable and I know that's not good for watching my weight.

Expecting #2 4/30/17
Fitness goal? Get some sort of exercise everyday, even if it's just walking the dogs. Yoga at least twice a week and elliptical a few days a week. Maybe try out a different class. I also want to get back to squeezing in a youtube workout at home when I don't feel like going to the gym.
Health goal? Feeling better this week. Nausea is not much of a problem anymore but last weekend I was having stronger food aversions and cravings ... mostly cravings for carbs/cheese/plain stuff and aversions to veggies and meat. I made this pesto quinoa with sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and goat cheese. This is normally a dish I would LOVE and DH assured me that he thought it turned out great, but I just did not enjoy the taste, it was very different than usual. So my goal is to try to get in lots of veggies and protein while my taste buds seem normal for the moment.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Fatigue, aversions/cravings coming up again.

It's a boy!
Fitness goal? Adding yoga or stretching to my routine. Last pregnancy, I ran until 32 weeks, but I definitely think stretching would have benefited me more when it came to easing labor.
Health goal? Stop eating cookies. They look yummy, but they make me more nauseated than any other food.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Getting up in the morning to run. I have to get up at 4:45 a.m. on weekdays so I can run before my son and husband get up and it's getting reeeeaaallly difficult to convince myself to do it every morning.
