Loved baby food, now gagging and throwing up!

I started feeding my LO baby food around 5 months and he loved it. He's almost 7 months now. Anything I have him he loved. He recently got sick with a terrible cold and started refusing solids which I read is very normal. He is seeming to feel a lot better but anytime I give him solids now he gags and sometimes majorly throws up! Anyone else experience this? Is it just because he may be still getting over his sickness?

    I think you should wait because he might still be getting over the cold and maybe your little one might not taste the flavor because of the cold. Give him a few more days mama and I hope he feels better! Keep us updated! God bless

    Mine recently went though this, too. He will still eat fruit but now won't touch his veggies. He eats puffs and pureed fruit just fine but not veggies.

    I could have totally written this! My son loved baby food before he got a cold, now he throws a big fit whenever we try to feed him. The weird thing is that he eats fine for daycare, it's just my husband and me that he's refusing solids with. Last night we tried my husband feeding him with me out of the room. My husband got him to eat, but there were still some tears.
