Rancid farts

sorry if this is tmi but DD is EBF and I have cut out dairy and have been watching what I am eating but the smell of her farts are getting worse and worse. She seems fine, during the day. She will, though, wake up in a lot of pain but I think that's just gas sitting in there overnight. 

The smell is ungodly, and it never has been like this!  Does anyone have experience or is going through the same thing. I'll have to call her pedi tomorrow, because it's worrisome! Thanks ladies, I hope the poor baby isn't in pain from the inside.

    Henry was doing the same thing. We thought the dog was letting loose it was so rotten. I started giving him Biogoia (sp?) and he passes gas so much easier and it's much less stinky. I doubt it's diet, I eat pretty bland to prevent issues and I'm lactose intolerant so he's never had much dairy.
