2.
How far along are you? EDD? 7 weeks today, sticking with 10/31 until my appointment Wednesday....but O date does put me at 7w2d and 10/29. We will see after first US.
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Still no morning sickness. I am a crazy fool for wishing this upon myself. Very happy that I got through week 6 without any spotting/bleeding like last time though! I just can't accept that this pregnancy is different than my last and it's driving my nuts. I have been a basket case all weekend because of my upcoming appointment. My OB has an automated line that calls to remind you of appointments and I got a call that I have appointment(s) on Wednesday....9am, 940, and 10:10. As far as I knew I only had one! I'm hoping this means they put me in for an ultrasound! I'm assuming the first is the nurse appointment where they take histories, and the second and third are OB/US (FX!).
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Said appointments above^
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? 1. Goodfellas 2. Pulp Fiction 3. Shawshank Redemption
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I'm in the same boat as you @Wishilivedinflorida. Still no morning sickness, just small bouts of indigestion, but that's nothing new for me. I have been having some crazy vivid dreams though, which doesn't help the exhaustion. I'm trying to stay calm this week, but it's going to be rough. Also, my MIL is visiting for two weeks starting this weekend.... Great timing MIL!
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Loss milestone will be Saturday. I'm already anxious about it. Our first appointment and ultrasound is next Monday though... Cannot wait.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? So hard to pick! 1. Pride and Prejudice miniseries with Colin Firth 2. Harry Potter (all except number 2) 3. Lord of the Rings
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I already ranted quite a bit on my BMB so I'd hate to just repeat myself. Short version I hate having to tell so many people at my doctor's office I've had a stillborn. Let those poor nurses know what they are walking into so neither of us have to feel awful and akward.
I had totally forgot about the weird vivid dreams ladies! I blocked that crazy out but that was the thing that kept me from sleep the most in the 1st trimester.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Appointment with my regular doctor 4/4 which should also mean an ultrasound sometime that week. We should also go over what the monitoring will look like during my pregnancy and Im hoping knowing what to expect will ease my nerves. 5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? What a hard question!
1.any version of Pride and Predjudice. 2. A Little Princess 3. Anything where the world as we know it is ending.
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Oh my goodness, she is like grinding on my cervix, I still love her pokes and prods, but it is very clear that she is running out of room very fast. I'm going to miss feeling her move when she is on the outside though.
I had a mini panic attack with all that is left to do to get ready for baby. Our house is a disaster and I just don't have the energy to keep up with it, DH okayed me to have someone come in and clean it head to toe. Just to get me back on track before baby gets here. I may choose someone who also does organization to help with the extra baby stuff we have and don't need until she is older.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Birth.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Big Fish, Dr Horrible's Sing Along Blog, The Brave Little Toaster.
BFP 2/11/15 (EDD 10/13/15). MMC 3/30/15 D&C 4/3/15 "We will always love you"

BFP 11/16/20 (EDD 7/31/21). "Round 3 FIGHT!"
Rants/Raves/Randoms: bad a great check up this morning and because they just got a new ultrasound machine got to spend a bit more time seeing baby on screen. Can not believe that sweet little baby will be here in about 14ish weeks!! Also did glucose test today then went to BWW to eat, just in case the results come back tomorrow not so fabulous.
Next milestone you are looking forward to: Hmmm...I'm honestly not sure. I think I'm definitely looking forward to being in third trimester, since every week that goes by babies potential viability just keeps getting bigger and bigger. And I still want to feel some firm kicks on the outside. I feel baby moving constantly sometimes on the inside but my husband has only felt one or two slight kicks so far and I look forward to laying there and having him connect with baby that way for a bit.
GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Tough one. I would have to say 1) Speed (I watched it so many times when I was younger I broke the vhs tape) 2) Love Actually and 3) Van Wilder
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: no rants really. Rave; feeling baby's movement get stronger every day. Now instead of just jabs and kicks I can feel bigger movements. Love it!!
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: my 27 week appointment/glucose test. Not looking forward to the test but looking forward to it being over! My dr has everyone do the 3 hour test do its not super fun.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies?
1. Father of the Bride 2. Bridesmaids 3. The Notebook.
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Im finally feeling pretty ready! Knocked out the head cold that had me for the past week, taxes done, refinance done. Stocked up at Costco.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: My 36 week ultrasound yo check positioning and fluids, etc!
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? The Labrynth The Notebook Pippi Longstocking (real grown up choices!)
1. I Had a loss in December and I'm feeling grateful and nervous to be pregnant again. My wife and I are going through a fertility clinic for obvious reasons and sometimes the process is exhausting!!
2. 6w3d, EDD 11/04/16
3. Rants/ raves: accepting any and all advice to squash my anxiety about this pregnancy. I keep looping to my loss or my age (38) as reasons why it won't work. In reality, I know it can work. I hope!!
4. Milestone: ultrasound this Thursday to look for the heartbeat.Fingers crossed!!!
5. Favorite movies: 1. All the Harry potters 2. All the Lord of the rings 3. Cider house Rules
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: I'm nauseous all the time, blah. Food sounds awful. But lemon water for the win! Finally something I can drink.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: My first appointment is Thursday. I know nothing exciting will happen since I'll only be 8 weeks, but I'm still looking forward to it.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Pitch Perfect, Remember the Titans, A Little Princess
2. How far along are you? EDD? 5+5, EDD November 8
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Ok, this nausea is kicking my ass. I didn't have any of this with my miscarriage. No puking (yet), but I've just been feeling yucky all day long! My husband made fun of me for buying those seaband things because he says they're a scam, but I don't care!
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: My next weekly HCG draw is tomorrow. I will know the results on Wednesday. I'm at the point in my pregnancy that I found out my betas were going down last time, so I'm nervous.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? So hard! The ones that I will watch over and over are:
1. Harry Potter 2. Remember the Titans 3. Pretty much any animated Disney movie... I just watched The Emperor's New Groove yesterday.
TTC #1 since June 2015 BFP #1 Nov 2015 ended in MC Dec 26 2015 BFP #2 Feb 2016, EDD Nov 8 2016
2. How far along are you? EDD? 10w3d with an EDD of 10/7 but in all likelihood shall be a September C-section
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Had a freakout today. An I know, I know that symptoms can come and go. And I know that some women would be overjoyed to have a morning free of morning sickness. But... freaked me out, called my doc and I'll be in tomorrow afternoon for a quick heartbeat search. Likely, all is well and I'm just PGAL paranoid.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: I just need to get through my nucal scan. Then I think I can relax a smidge.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? *Legend *Shawshank Redemption *Dark Crystal
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new): not new but haven't really been around here much lately. I had a still born daughter a year ago. I'm now expecting a rainbow baby girl.
2. How far along are you? EDD? 21+4 July 22 (but will be induced no later than July 15)
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: @EmmieAnn22 I know what you mean about hating to explain yourself every time. The nurses always seem surprised to hear my story but the dr and midwives always know.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: 23 weeks, I have a growth scan to check on her. Fx she is still on track!
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? 1- Sabrina (original one) 2 - Lady and the Tramp 3 - The Goonies
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: aggghhhhh i'm still waiting on my first tri screening results before I can do my NIPT testing and it's getting so late! Please arrive test results please arrive!
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Dr appointment and midwife appointment this week and i hope the heartbeat is easy to find or I'll be freaking out.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? parent trap- original love actually secret of my success
@RiverSong15 --YES to the crazy dreams and exhaustion! I'm waking up constantly thinking "WTF was that about?!" and having a hard time getting back to sleep. I have to remind myself that I am having symptoms, that pregnancy does not equal morning sickness exclusively.
@EmmieAnn22, I'm sorry about the awkwardness at appointments. I can't imagine. Hoping nerves stay calm until your appointment!
@bntfroggie, I'm so glad you're almost done and can't wait to hear your birth story! You give me so much hope.
@June2016BabyW, yay for extra ultrasound time and FX your glucose test results are good!
@rkrichey-I had to do the 3 hour test as a kid because of some hypoglycemia episodes and it was not fun. I'm sorry you have to do it, but FX for a good result.
@Plleriti1-sounds like you got a lot accomplished! So awesome and I'm sure that helps you relax a little!
@Jolenef07, happy you are here. Best wishes for finding the heartbeat!
@waterfall213-I'm not really nauseated, but I am tired of drinking plain water and am developing an aversion to it. I'll have to try lemon!
@BooksForMe23-I say wear the sea bands with pride! I'm the exact opposite of you--nauseated with my MC and not so much now. Irrational thinking me takes this as a good sign that this pregnancy is going to work out, while rational me knows that every pregnancy is different. Hoping for good betas tomorrow! Let us know!
@anna.oskar-Hopefully this is just your morning sickness lifting early before end of 1st tri!
@MamaBish-It's good to see you around. I always liked your contributions when I was lurking here. FX for a great growth scan for your little girl. I also love the Goonies!
UPDATE: 10w4d, worried about sudden cessation of morning sickness on likely anniversary of last mmc, went to the doc for a doppler today...
177 fetal heart rate thanks to (according to the nurse) a VERY cooperative baby! Quote the nurse "I like your baby. It's a team player and in just the right spot for an early doppler" Not even born yet and the kid is getting compliments! I'm SO relieved. I think I'll be able to keep it together at our visit and scan next week now.
1. Intro: Hi! I'm finally joining. I had a loss at 10 weeks and I have two little boys 2 & 4. Still dealing with a lot of anxiety about the possibility of another miscarriage but I'm trying to keep myself positive and busy!
2. How far along are you? EDD? 9w2d EDD 10/16
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: No spotting for almost 2 weeks now. Completely exhausted at all times, finally getting my appetite back (even if it's only for junk food)
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: getting past 10 weeks and my OB appointment at 12 weeks!
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? It really depends on my mood! I love Pride and Prejudice, Casablance, My Big Fat Greek Wedding because they're easy to watch. I haven't loved a new movie I've watched in such a long time!
@anna.oskar How exciting! And I like how your kid is already getting compliments
@WishILivedInFlorida I thought I would be reassured by having some sort of symptom, but I'm really not at all. But the seabands actually seem to work! And I got my betas back and they were good! 15,000 which is higher than I ever got last time.
TTC #1 since June 2015 BFP #1 Nov 2015 ended in MC Dec 26 2015 BFP #2 Feb 2016, EDD Nov 8 2016
Intro: Hi I'm Chloe. I had a MMC at 8 weeks, found out at 10 weeks.
How far along are you? 4 weeks, 3 days. I just realized that this baby is due the day the last baby's heart stopped beating. How weird is that? Hopefully a good sign!
Rant/Raves: I'm actually feeling better than I did a week ago? No real cramps, but lots of brief stabbing pain on my left side. I'm trying to comfort myself with reading that it's probably too early for pain if it was ectopic. Maybe it's ovarian cysts?
Next Milestone you are looking forward to: Second beta tomorrow. I made the mistake of super hydrating and POAS after work today. The FRER was much lighter than yesterday. Hopefully my numbers double!
GTKY American Beauty Its a Wonderful Life Gonr With the Wind
@chloe97, I still don't have a ton of symptoms, but I did have cramping between weeks 4 and 5, including some side pains. Everything has settled down, cramp-wise. And the FRER is likely from drinking too much.... I made that mistake early on when trying to figure out my squinters. Test in the morning and it should be darker!
2. How far along are you? EDD? 38w EDD 31. of March
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: this SPD/PGP is killing me and I can't wait for birth so I'll be done with that crap! And the car needs to be washed, but my DH won't let me take it to a auto wash because they're to rough with the varnish (hope that's the right word) and I'm to cheap to pay someone to do it (I'd rather spend that money on baby stuff) so I'm stuck waiting for DH to have the time to do it.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: Birth!
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (and Disney movies in general) Lord of the Rings Love Actually
I'm not sure how I feel after my appointment today. Luckily, my OB insisted on an US to calm my nerves. We are 7w2d today and baby is measuring 6w4d. I'm trying not to worry. Heartbeat looked great, and we are over our first loss milestone officially, but can't help feeling a sense of dread. I know when I ovulated and this would put me more like 7w4d so I'm even further behind. They are repeating an US next week because I'm BSC and my OB is awesome. Hoping for a good outcome this time. Sorry for unloading.
@Wishilivedinflorida Sorry you are feeling a little worried. Remember a dating scan isn't an exact science. They can be off by about 3-5 days and there is always human error involved in reading an ultrasound. Glad you have an understanding OB who is willing to help you so much in calming your nerves. Now you just need this week to go by fast!
1. How far along are you? Thought I was 11+2, But I'm apparently 10+6
2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? NT screening coming up... any chance to see the baby, I'm happy.
3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: This isn't really a rant, just an emotional vent. This week is much tougher than I anticipated. My son's due date was supposed to 3/23/16 and I'm finding that the days leading up to it are a nightmare...and full of actual nightmares where something happens to my baby and I can't help him. As they say, grief comes in waves and it is a tidal wave this week. It just hit me the other day like a ton of bricks - I'm supposed to have a baby next week. I'm using all of the energy, though, and planning our garden where we'll be planting a tree in memory of our son on his due date. Also, I got great reassurance yesterday at my Dr.'s appt! We heard a strong baby beat! While I'm sad, scared, anxious and nervous, baby's saying "Don't you fret, mom, I'm healthy and holdin' down the fort in here!" Thanks for the reassurance bebe!
4. GTKY - Top 3 Fav movies: Gahhhh this is a tough one!
A league of their own (This is just one I can watch over and over and over...) Nightmare before christmas (or really any Tim Burton... It was a close call with Beetlejuice and Big Fish) It's a Wonderful Life
@EmmieAnn22 Thank you for that reminder. I'm trying not to worry too much. I should clarify that I am beyond excited that this little one is sticking so far! I guess naive me thought that once I saw a heartbeat today that I would relax. Not so! I guess I'm past my first milestone and now I just have to take things day-by-day and enjoy being pregnant!
@Wishilivedinflorida I've had 3 early us with this LO and I measured different with +/- 2-4 days each time and on top of that at my anatomy scan I got a new EDD too... Measurements can be off a little and also harder to get sometimes due to baby's position and so on.
@Synnovus I'm hoping that's what is going on. If I wasn't temping and tracking ovulation I'm sure I wouldn't be so crazy now. It will be interesting to see how they measure next week. Thanks for the reassurance! I'm much more relaxed today than yesterday.
Happy Monday! Hope everyone has had a great week. Thought I would add a GTKY question this week, so here goes:
1. Introduce yourself (if you're new):
2. How far along are you? EDD? 34 weeks tomorrow, due 4/30
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Had a serious false alarm and was hospitalized for a day and a half but I wasn't dialated and baby is doing fine (good girl!). My first trimester symptoms of backaches and headaches are back as of this week making things very tough.
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to: 37weeks. I'll feel more comfy for baby to arrive by then.
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Gosh. Really hard to pick. I'm gonna skip this one!
Hello! Late to the game this week! 1. Intro (if new)
2. How far along: 33w3d!
3. Rants/Raves/Randoms: Had an ultrasound last week, baby girl is 4lb2oz! Pretty excited she's growing well! I was nervous because of my GD and only gaining 2lbs this pregnancy. It was such a relief to hear she was perfect size.
4. Next milestone: We are moving next week and I can't wait to get her room set up so I can feel prepared if she decides to come early! After that, I'm looking forward to 37w!
5. Favorite Movies: Hmmmm that's hard. I can watch movies I've seen over and over and over. I can't even come up with one, so I'm going to skip it. Lol
Rants/Raves/Randoms: I have so much to do. Pediatric CPR/First Aid class, birthing class, breastfeeding class, call insurance about a breast pump and ask about adding the baby to insurance, do a registry, prepare the nursery, plus do various projects that I want out of the way before the baby comes.
Next milestone you are looking forward to: Viability
GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? This is tough. Some favorites include Airplane, High Fidelity and Pretty Woman.

Unfortunately, my PGAL journey is ending. At my ultrasound today, the sac and yolk sac were measuring at 6 weeks with only a possible fetal pole visible. I should be 7+2, and there's no way I'm off on dates. H and I are devastated, despite trying to not get attached to this pregnancy. We are generally feeling hopeless, and like this just isn't going to happen for us. I'm now waiting to start bleeding and trying to decide on options in case I don't MC naturally. I'm getting betas in the meantime, but I am exactly 0% hopeful. It's mostly just to have a baseline to track my HCG drop. Of course, my MIL is visiting us right now, which is just horrible timing. I want to curl up in bed and stay there, not entertain my MIL. We had to tell her about both MC, and I'm wishing we hadn't.
Thank you all for the wonderful support you've given me over the last few weeks. I hope you all get happy and healthy take-home babies.

I'm so sorry, @RiverSong15. I had two losses, too. I hope your third try goes perfectly. And I'm so sorry your MIL is there. If I were you, I'd curl up in bed anyway. Since you told her what happened, you don't have to pretend you're okay. Hugs to you. xo

@RiverSong15 I'm so so heartbroken for you. And I agree, I would stay in bed too. MIL *should* understand. Take care of yourself. Sending T&P and hugs!
@RiverSong15 I'm so very sorry that you are going through this, it really is a cruel and unfair world at times and no woman deserves to m/c, let alone m/c more then once. Screw your MIL and do whatever you need right now. You take care of you because that's what truly matters right now. Hugs
@RiverSong15 I'm so sorry for your loss. Agree with all the others pp MIL should understand, go get some rest and do what you need to do for you. Lots of hugs
@RiverSong15 so sorry for your loss! I can remember very well the complete hoplessness when we found out my 2nd pg wasn't viable. Press for answers if that's something you feel like you need (i did). Don't lose hope! Take care of yourself and let your Mil take care of herself! You need to focus on you now!
Re: Weekly PGAL Check In 3/14

2. How far along are you? EDD? 25+3!!

5. Favorite movies:
1. All the Harry potters

5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies? Pitch Perfect, Remember the Titans, A Little Princess
1. Harry Potter
2. Remember the Titans
3. Pretty much any animated Disney movie... I just watched The Emperor's New Groove yesterday.

5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies?

secret of my success
@createillumination-FX for speedy test results for you!
@WishILivedInFlorida I thought I would be reassured by having some sort of symptom, but I'm really not at all. But the seabands actually seem to work! And I got my betas back and they were good! 15,000 which is higher than I ever got last time.

3. Rants/Raves/Randoms:
this SPD/PGP is killing me and I can't wait for birth so I'll be done with that crap!
4. Next milestone you are looking forward to:
Birth!
5 GTKY: What are your top three favorite movies?
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (and Disney movies in general)
Lord of the Rings
Love Actually
I'm not sure how I feel after my appointment today. Luckily, my OB insisted on an US to calm my nerves. We are 7w2d today and baby is measuring 6w4d. I'm trying not to worry. Heartbeat looked great, and we are over our first loss milestone officially, but can't help feeling a sense of dread. I know when I ovulated and this would put me more like 7w4d so I'm even further behind. They are repeating an US next week because I'm BSC and my OB is awesome. Hoping for a good outcome this time. Sorry for unloading.
Glad you have an understanding OB who is willing to help you so much in calming your nerves. Now you just need this week to go by fast!
4. GTKY - Top 3 Fav movies:
Gahhhh this is a tough one!
A league of their own (This is just one I can watch over and over and over...)
Nightmare before christmas (or really any Tim Burton... It was a close call with Beetlejuice and Big Fish)
It's a Wonderful Life
BFP #1: 7/15/15, SB: 11/14/15
Rainbow baby DS born 9/29/16!!
BFP #3 3/26/18 | Due 12/3/18
