Anybody else have a blood clot in their uterus and still carry full term?

in 1st Trimester
I'm about 7 weeks pregnant with twins and yesterday I started bleeding heavily and passing clots. Went to the ER and twins are OK but they found a clot in my uterus. Anybody else go on with a normal pregnancy?

    Yes. The official term is called a subchorionic hematoma or SCH. While not 'normal', it is a common issue in pregnancy. 
    I had one with my 2nd. 

    Many times,  the body just dissolves it during your first trimester and beginning of your 2nd trimester.  

    Follow up with your OB. They can give your more accurate information, since it depends on size and location.

    Yes. I had one. By my anatomy scan it had completely dissolved. No complications. She was born at 39 and 5.
