Killian James was born via c section on 3/5 at 11:11 am. He weighed 7lbs 15oz and 20.5 in long.
Had NST done on my due date the day before at my doctors, and they didn't like how his heart rate was fluctuating, so I got sent to the hospital for more monitoring and an ultrasound. Turns out the only thing amiss was the little guy decided to turn breech sometime in the last two weeks of pregnancy.
The hospital highly recommend getting a c section, so I agreed and ended up getting scheduled for the following morning. My team of nurses and doctors were absolutely incredible and the whole procedure went well. My fiancé was amazing and kept me relaxed and optimistic throughout the whole hospital stay. He was so helpful taking care of the two of us while I recovered the first night.
Been recovering the whole week and finally starting to feel better!
