Hi I hope it's ok that I join you over here, I'm beginning to feel out of place in the TTGP board.
I just turned 30 this month, and my husband (31) and I have been TTC since June 2015. We're starting our 11th cycle.

DH had an SA in Dec that had low motility & low morphology, so we were referred to an RE.

His second SA was normal, but the sperm have a high DNA fragmentation. His urologist is worried about this and ordered a testicular ultrasound, but my RE doesn't feel that DNA fragmentation is a reliable test for fertility prediction. I started DH on some antioxident supplements (Vit C, Vit E, Selenium, Zinc, CoQ10, and a multivitamin) in Jan, so we're close to being 3 months out from that change. We're waiting on results from the US now.
I had some bloodwork done (AMH, thyroid, general chem screen, CBC) that were all normal. I also had a hysteroscopy / ovarian ultrasound done and everything looks good, no polyps, my tubes appear open.
So right now it looks like unexplained infertility with possibly some MFI.
Our RE said we could start a medicated IUI anytime, but we've both decided to keep trying a little longer on own. We're afraid if that doesn't work, then it will be the end of our journey, as IVF isn't an option for us.

Outside of TTC, I'm trying to keep myself busy. I like to garden and It's FINALLY starting to feel like spring here in Wisconsin, so hopefully we've have some spring greens soon. I'm also starting to take horseback riding lessons again; I hope it helps me deal with all this stress. Some days I still feel hopeful. But many days, I'm beginning to worry we will never have kids, and it makes me feel so depressed. Anyway... thats my story.

Hello and Welcome! This is a great board full of really supportive people! I hope your stay here is short and sweet.

My DH has a lower than normal count and low morphology. He is also taking several of those vitamins, we haven't gotten a retest yet. But he is also seeing a Chinese medicine doctor for fertility and he really likes it.

I'm glad you are finding some time to take care of yourself. Riding lessons sounds like a great way to de-stress!

Welcome @ReesaAnne16! I think I recognize your user name from TTGP. This board is great, and so is the infertility board. I've found a lot of support here throughout my journey. I hope you won't need to be with us too long!

Just an update:
DH's ultrasound come back within normal limits, but the urologist said it was "borderline" and he would highly recommend this "Coast supplement" which it appears that the Dr. gets kicks back on. I'm untrustworthy of this recommendation, especially since it's $100 a month for basically vitamins.
