  I would suggest talking to a representative with your insurance company. They can look at your exact policy and give you the best idea as to how much it would cost and what it will / will not cover.

  Depends on your actual health plan, which level plan you're paying for and your premiums. You should be able to contact Kaiser and ask for a breakdown of how they bill for L&D
