I'm going to try going to a Liquid Float center in about 2 hours. It's supposed to have positive benefits for aches and pains. My back pain and costochondritis have gotten out of control so I'm desperate. Anyone ever try going to a Liquid Float center while preggo?

Also, I think I'd be terrified if I had to lie in a tank for an hour.
also I want a root beer float.
I would go tired or after exercise if possible. That way 90 min of relaxation and silence is golden.
Some places also can play audio from your iPhone so you could put a book on or an album you really like.
Personally I prefer silence and the best sleep

I did mean the salt bath though. It's basically a pod with enough salt to make you float. I did it today and it was amazing! My back feels so much better today. They gave me the option to play music but I decided to go for total silence for 60 minutes. After I finally shut off my brain, I fell asleep!
B.) I'm in desperate need of a root beer float
2) This also makes me think of the pods they use in the movie interstellar to hibernate while they're traveling across space. Of course I just re-watched that 5 days ago so it's on the brain.

That looks terrifying
Also, I want a milkshake.
1) So the place I went to, I had my own room. I was able to keep the pod open or closed, but I went with it closed. It's really spacious inside!
2) Totally looks like a hibernation pod!
