Old Results........How bad where they? I still cant make heads or tails of what im reading!

Good morning ladies! 

Back from my blood work and have a nice packet of results. BUT i still dont know what any of it means!! HELP!!! 

Follicular Ultrasound (This I think I get!)
5 - Left Ovary 4 - Right Ovary

Estradiol: <20.0 
FSH Unit: 12.1 
TSH: 3.38
PRL: 17.8
AMH: 1.1

I think these are the important ones....Did I miss any? Any input is appreciated 


Me: 34 DH: 43
Married March 2012
TTC #1 since 2012
Dx: unexplained infertility (+ treated for hypothyroidism)
May 7, 2016: IUI#1 w/Clomid - BFN :'(
June 6, 2016: IUI #2 w/Clomid - BFN :'(
IVF Consult 1 & 2: June 10, 2016 / July 15, 2016 
Started Stims: July 15, 2016 (Lupron, Gonal-F, and Menopur)
Trigger ----> 08/03 ----> ER on 08/05 ----> Transfer ------> 08/10
BETA 1 (8/22) - 401  - BETA 2 (8/24) - 541 - BETA 3 (8/26) - 913
Baby Chadwell's First U/S: 09/06/2016 / EDD: 04/28/2017

    The normal values vary based on your age... how old are you?  Do your results include normal values on them?

    Me: 34, DH: 38 ~ TTC since 2014
    IUI #1-3 (Nov 2015, Feb 2016, May 2016) = BFNs
    IVF ER (July 2016) = 7 PGS normal embryos
    FET #1 (Sept 2016) = BFP! DD born 5/30/17
    FET #2 (April 2019) = BFN
    FET #3 (July 2019) = BFP! DS born 3/27/20

    @wifeinraleigh28  Im 34.  They show a reference range but thats all

    I think it also depends on where are you at in your cycle....

    7/2015 17 high-quality blasts, transferred 1 & froze 16
    8/2015: IVF#1 BFN; prep for FET
    9/2015:  Transferred 2 top grade hatching day 6 blasts
    10/2015:  10dp6dfet 754!! 13dp6dfet 2327!! 15dp6dfet 4919!!
    Present:  TWO heartbeats and all is well!!  G/B TWINS Due Date:  6/16/16

    No idea!! I only had to do stuff according to that sheet they give you at FCI....I told Antoinette today how awesome everyone thinks she is :) she was so happy, made her weekend

    It does matter where you are on your cycle - but I'm assuming this is day 3 blood work?

    It could be worse. Your AMH is in the low normal range. Your FSH is high, but people work with much higher ones. Your AFC count is lower than most clinics want (it's under 10), but it's in range. You don't look like you have the ovaries of a 20 year old, but there are lots of women on this board working with less!

    First I want to say that you are NOT alone in being confused with your results. Also, the "ranges" my first clinic gave me made almost no sense and were basically useless. Secondly, I agree with @jnissa above. Your TSH seems to be fine, FSH is a little high but not outrageous-- and AMH is a *bit* on the low side, but again, it's not that far off and many people have success with much much worse.
