Diaper rash that looks like pimples

Has your LO ever had this? I understand it's a type of yeast that causes this type of diaper rash. What have you used to cure it? Thanks in advance!

    We've experienced this a few times with dd1 regular diaper cream doesn't help for her yeast rashes we had to get a prescription and it was gone within a few hours

    Sounds weird but when DD1 had this our pediatrician told us to get athletes foot cream from the drugstore... Worked like a charm.

    @brizer21 makes sense actually! Someone else recommended Lotrimin (anti-fungal cream), so I'm using that and it's helping! I will try athletes foot cream if this doesn't clear it up. Thanks!
