Eye boogies!!

baby boy has some serious watery eyes and yellowish/green eye boogers. It's finally in the 60s in Chicago area, so I've had the windows open. Don't know if it's allergies or if he is getting an infection. 

Anyone else deal with this??

    I had the same with my LO. Turned out to be pink eye, and they gave me eye drops for her. 
    I'd get him checked out just to be on the safe side, because pink eye can be dangerous for baby eyes.

    If you're breastfeeding, use a dropper to put some milk in baby's eyes.  Or just squirt it in if you can aim that well!  Lol.  Not a substitute for seeing the doctor, but may clear it up before you get to that.

    LO had this and it was a clogged tear duct. If his eye is not red and swollen then it's not pink eye. At least that's what my pedi said. I'd definitely still call your pedi.

    It sounds like a clogged tear duct. I would call your Ped. Ours recommended using a warm wash cloth to wipe the eye a few times a day. Also rub the corner of the eye in a circular motion. My LO has it and has been dealing with it since birth. The doctor called in drops and said if it's not better by the time LO is six months we have to see an eye doctor.

    My son has had clogged tear ducts since day one. I just squirt or rub some bm in it and it clears up. Then a few days later comes back but my dad and I both have the same problem so I'm not worried. Check with his pedi just in case though

    Jordan's eyes did this. It was actually a symptom of ear infections. I would have him checked.

    My sons eyes are goopy all day every day due to clogged tear ducts, which is harmless and he just needs to hopefully outgrow. However, if it's a sudden new thing that baby hasn't experienced before I would be more inclined to believe it may have another cause that may be worth checking out. However, when my son is having allergy/cold type symptoms his eyes are always worse.
