I searched in our group to see if anyone had brought this up, but I hadn't seen it so I wanted to make sure that you all know that Diclegis is an option and it has been a lifesaver. I have been vomiting every day and nauseated all day, every day for the past two weeks. I've pulled muscles in my chest and am not ashamed to admit that I have peed my pants more than once from the sheer force of vomiting. (TMI?)
Anyways, last night at my midwife appointment I broke down into tears when she asked me how I was doing. I told her everything I had tried and she explained to me a drug called Diclegis which is a combo of B6 and Unisom. It makes you drowsy so you take it at night, but it might work. AND IT HAS. You guys, I had an entire chicken sandwich for lunch today and I'm not wishing I could die right now at work. She told me that a lot of women wait too long to ask their doctor/midwife about morning sickness because they assume that it's just that bad, and it's not. Some women don't have it at all, and some wait so long that it becomes life threatening. So, from one future momma to many more-- take care of yourself and know that there ARE options out there-- but you need to call your dr/midwife to find out what's right for you.
Hang in there.

Eta that before prescribing it, my midwife suggested a combo of Benadryl and B6 four times a day. So, similar to the rx. I made it maybe a day; I felt so horrible from trying it. Definitely not the same.
Maybe be this can help if you can't get samples or get the combo pill covered
