Happy International Women's Day!

To my fellow bumpees, happy international women's day!
In my culture, we have dinner with our female friends and toast to greater equality, something we need to work on daily (like Galentine's Day in Parks and Rec, but less waffles, more wine). Since I've moved across the country and not many of my countrywomen are here, I am celebrating by pledging on the official website to keep equality in mind (50/50 by 2030!) in my daily life and continue to work towards it!

How is everyone else acknowledging the day?

And thanks to the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978, they can't fire me just because I happen to be growing a person (or two, in my case). Had I been born 4 years earlier, my mom could have been fired just for being pregnant with me if an employer felt like it (if my mom had had a job).
