anyone ever use Ben Wa balls during pregnancy?

I occasionally have used a set of lelo ben wa balls post pregnancy. Has anyone ever used Ben Wa balls during pregnancy before? if so, how long did you leave them 
in and how often did you use them during your pregnancy? do you feel it was beneficial? I drank red rasp leaf tea like crazy at the end of my last pregnancy to help with my labor. I never do kegels so mindlessly popping the balls in works great for me....assuming I remember to actually use them :/

    I have not used these. I think it would be something to ask your doctor about. As I understand it, there is a slight increased risk for bacterial infection during pregnancy. That is the only "risk" I can think of with the ben wa balls, but I'm not a doctor, so I'd ask your doc just to be sure.
    Maybe write a K on your lunch bag or on post-it notes and put them in places where you'll see them throughout the day as reminders to do your kegel exercises. No one would ever guess what they were.

    I thought these were a sex toy...guess they're multi-purpose?  Personally, I'll just be doing kegels when I remember.  I don't want balls in me throughout the day, but to each their own.  ;)

    @PrimRoseMama they help exercise vaginal and pelvic floor muscles.
    @sidecarsareforbishes haha! I bought them at a sex shop actually. I didn't realise you could use them directly for pleasure. I thought the by product of exercising was the only plus.
