This is Mr. Benson. We're convinced he used to be human. He's our Pitt bull/boxer rescue. He likes eating mamas undies, an egg on his food, and cuddling. His eyes stole my heart when I saw him at the shelter the first time.

Three weeks post TPLO surgery. My dog had a check-up and P.T. She is healing wonderfully! For p.t. She walked on a treadmill that was under water (pictured) and had laser therapy on her knees. DD was fascinated! Three more weeks of confinement and then we can slowly re-introduce walks!

Not exactly conventional fur babies, but it's chick season around here and I've got 5 of these little Rhode Island Red ladies and 5 barred rocks, one of which we are fairly sure is going to be a rooster... Living in my house right now. They are hilarious. As is my border collie, who thinks they are his babies.

We were recently gifted a car seat and after we just set it down in the living room area. Well my Loki decided it would be a wonderful bed. This is his "mom why are you taking a bunch of pictures of me??" Face. Lol

@holly142 Our dog (Schotzie) had TPLO when she was three and then again on the other leg just this last year at 7. It's really worth all the money and work to get them back to a pain free and playful state! Best of luck on recovery! We are 8 month post surgery and she's back to running like a young dog.

@KJ1416 - glad your dog is doing great! My dog is almost 7 years old and this is her 2nd TPLO. She had it done on her other leg last year. I am thankful she should be fully recovered before the baby is born!
