How to clean Tiny Love activity gym

At the risk of this being a really stupid question...I have an activity gym with crinkle flaps and squeakers inside. Is that safe to put in the washing machine? What's the best way to clean it?

    Is there a tag attached that has washing instructions? I would think as long as there's no batteries you should be fine...

    I put mine through the washer, and all the toys except a battery pack. The cross crossing bars I washed in the bath tub (I had gotten mine 2nd hand, so I wanted to be thorough. I wouldn't bother with those unless they're dirty).
