Pumping 101

so I'm a stay at home mom for now.. Which is great for nursing. But I'm trying to pump some to increase supply and start a freezer stash just for insurance. How often do you all pump? Is there a better time to do so? Right after nursing or wait?

    I pump right after I nurse. I don't get just a ton 1-2 oz per side depending on how much she fed on each, but it's enough to build a good stash. I only do it 1-2 times a day. Early morning is best since you tend to produce more.
