  Milo and Maya is too close for me because they both have two syllables and start with a "my" sound. Tongue twister territory. If he only went by Miles, I'd think it was overly cutesy but not too bad.

  Tough. I love both names. Milo is actually in the no. 1 spot for our baby boy name. I would have to say too close though.
