How are you feeling? Rants it raves? Pretty good! Weird pelvic pain and uncomfortable legs from time to time. But overall great! Rave: lots of kicks!!! She's getting so strong!
Any doctor appointment news? Heard her heartbeat on Monday! And she kept kicking the doppler.

Any doctor appointment news? Went yesterday to check my cervix and going back tomorrow to check it again. We're trying to figure out of I need the cerclage before I hit 24 weeks.

Still tired and it's getting worse since sleep is not coming easy to me. The newb has been moving a ton this week. My H even got to feel him kick a few times.

Next one is the 23rd. Have my glucose screening then.

Likely it will be my parents. With my first I had a c section and they were there by the time I was out of recovery. To be honest I don't really remember calling anyone. I think my H did that for me. Last time it was jsut me and him and I called mom after the big arrived. I'm sure it will go the same this time. Then likely my brothers and then my two best friends.
27! Isn't that the start of the third tri? My stuff all says it's still second, but that makes no sense to me. Oh well

Rave: New countertops in the kitchen tomorrow! Looking forward to seeing the change, and ticking a major item off the remodel list.
Symptoms: PTFO'ed at 9pm last night. Please don't tell me there's another round of exhaustion this trimester. Cranky as all get out sometimes. Feeling some stretching and pulling.

Had a good appt at the midwife today. Baby's strong with a good heartbeat, my vitals are good, belly measuring on track, and weight is picking up.

How are you feeling? Rants it raves? Tired but I just took the glucose test so I heard that isn't uncommon. Frustrated because of water weight rapid gains and not knowing why.
Any doctor appointment news? Just went in for the glucose test this morning. I was supposed to get it 2 weeks from now but I called my doctor yesterday and asked to take it early (I think I'm the only one who ever asked her for that...lol). My weight gain has been tremendous in the last month and a half. 13lb in 6 weeks and I'm monitoring what I eat (calorie counting roughly), watching my sodium, watching my sugar AND working out 4-6 times a week. Obviously this is water weight but I'd like to narrow down why I'm gaining water weight so quickly. It makes me concerned because if I wasn't doing all of the healthy things I'm doing, how much would I be gaining then?!? Anyway, I'm getting the test results tomorrow and will go from there.

How are you feeling? Rants it raves? Feeling pretty good. Feel like my belly grew a lot last night but it might be the way that baby is positioned? My right outer thigh goes numb occasionally and I have been having cramping in my left side-butt, maybe from how I have been sleeping I guess.
Any doctor appointment news? I have an appointment on the 7th for glucose test and RH antibody check before my rhogam shot a few days later. Anyone else RH negative?

How are you feeling? Rants it raves? My ribs have been insanely sore and still RLP but other than that I've been feeling pretty good! Rant: If one more stranger asks my due date then after I tell them says "oh wow, you still have a LONG way to go" I'm going to punch them in the throat. Are you trying to say I'm bigger than I should be?!

25 weeks today! Ovia says she's a baseball glove, prairie dog, or napa cabbage. Bump says she's a head of cauliflower. These always crack me up.

Yesterday I felt awful. Just tired the whole day and ached like crazy. I'm feeling better today, but still tired. I'm wondering if the the fatigue is starting to kick back in. I had it really bad during first tri.
Raves: DH and I are taking a CPR class tonight at my school that includes infant and toddler CPR.

How are you feeling? Rants it raves? Feeling like crap. For some reason I have developed GI issues after I eat anything. Had a scan on Monday baby is growing perfectly so not to worried about it but it sucks.
Any doctor appointment news? Had a 3rd A/S scan on Monday everything looks good from what they told me. Baby is measuring about 60th percentile and weighs about 1lb 10oz. She is growing. Have another appt on the 10th.

We found out that the umbilical cord has a velamentous insertion (no vasa previa though), and the doc doesn't seem concerned at all because he's growing well. So just keeping fingers crossed that everything keeps going great.

GTKY- Baby just arrived, who is the first person you call? Probably my dad, followed quickly by texts to all my siblings. They all live out of state, so there is no chance of anyone showing up to the hospital.
How are you feeling? Rants and Raves: Feeling actually really good right now! Not sure that the last round of antibiotics cleared up the UTI but feeling good so we will see. Just feel so ecstatic to be moving farther in the pregnancy and more hopeful then ever that this baby might safely make it out in to the world?
Doctor appointment news: See the doc again on the 14th for an ultrasound to make sure baby's cord moved away from its head, check up with doc, and glucose test.
GTKY-Baby has just arrived, who do you call first: I imagine that we will do a group text to the whole family. Probably one from my phone to my siblings and parents and one on husbands phone to his parents and siblings. Likely with a picture from the new baby saying hello. I am planning on not telling any one I am in labor or anything, just a surprise "I'm Here!" announcement. My sister did this with all three and I thought it was so fun to wake up in the morning to find out I had a new niece/nephew. And since we aren't finding out sex, it will be even more fun for every one to finally find out what we had. After family we will probably send out texts to friends to let them know. Still not sure what the plan is for announcing birth on Facebook or if we will wait for a bit.

Any doctor appointment news? Have my next check up on the 9th but after that will be another scan at 28 weeks to see if the placenta has moved up and out of the way. It had gotten lower between the 1st and 2nd scans and is completely covering the cervix. With a toddler I can't be put on bed rest for 10 weeks so am hoping it will fix itself.
