Looking for some advice. I have a black tie wedding to attend in mid April, and will be about 34 weeks long (i.e. - HUGE). I am looking to rent a maternity gown, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
I have browsed Rent the Runway, but I am really looking for a maternity dress - not just a dress that can be bump friendly - because I will be so far along.
My DH will be renting a full tuxedo, so I am looking for a very formal long gown.
HELP?!? And I know I can google "rent maternity gown", I am really just hoping for personal recommendations rather than suggested websites from Google.
Thanks!
Edited to add - weather could be anywhere from snow to rain and 20s to 70s for temperature, so I am open to many styles of dresses. Feel free to post links to dresses you like! My only requirement is floor length gown.
This is honestly the only dress I have found that I like, but I am not sure if it is "formal" enough. However, I think it would look great next to a black tuxedo. The price is fabulous, and I would own it! Plus, it seems to be a dress I could wear to other weddings this summer if needed postpartum.

Check out ASOS's maternity line. It's not rental but I bought a black tie gown on there for $60-ish when there was a sale. Free shipping and returns so you can't go wrong. The dress was beautiful but my boobs were too big, a bigger bump would have easily fit. Good luck!
I did rent bump friendly from Rent the Runway & will be doing so again. I read through a ton of reviews and have eyed dresses that women wore when they were very late into their pregnancies for a wedding I have in May. I know you said you weren't going this route but I thought I'd share just in case your mind could be swayed knowing other women wore them 36+ weeks pregnant (read the reviews/look at the pics!) Here are some I picked: https://www.renttherunway.com/shop/designers/nicole_miller/deep_violet_felicity_gown
@NicknShan - I actually ordered that dress off of zullily when I was in the first trimester hoping to use it for some formal events and holidays. It is beautiful but the material that the skirt portion is made out of is very delicate. I haven't even used it yet and it already has a snag

Triplets due 6/29/16 also from an IUI!
That's cute! And I think formal enough. Not super nursing friendly, though, if you need to do that postpartum.

Also - I just bought this off Asos Maternity for a formal event I have: https://us.asos.com/Club-L-Maternity-Plunge-Front-Maxi-Dress/17hh11/?iid=5622927&mporgp=L0NsdWItTC1NYXRlcm5pdHkvQ2x1Yi1MLU1hdGVybml0eS1QbHVuZ2UtRnJvbnQtTWF4aS1EcmVzcy9Qcm9kLw..&WT.ac=rec_viewed&CTAref=Recently+Viewed
Asos Maternity did have other long formal dresses for sale.
Hope that helps!!
