epstein pearls?

During a cute cuddle session this morning I noticed there little white dots on my LOs gum and started freaking out. After some research I found what I think is epstein pearls. They don't seem to bother her however I don't know. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Yep. DS has them.  They are completely harmless and usually go away in 1-2 weeks.

    Not sure if they are the same but my LO had one on the bottom of her gum that literally looked like a tooth. Hers went away within a week.
