@linzrunzYou need to edit the HTML. You'll have to click a button that has < > on it. Then when you're in there, find the picture code that looks something like:

<img src="ReallyLongUrl">

it may have more than that in there, but that's the gist of it. Between the end quote and the > constrain either the width OR the height with width="250px" OR height="130px" (and fiddle with those numbers until it's the size you'd like. I believe in my siggy the trio of gifs are set to a height of 130, for reference).

the big thing is to make sure you don't put it in between an existing set of quotation marks, and you get it inside the < >

I was thinking about it and I decided we need a "you decided to participate in the siggy challenge? Great! Post here so all the signatures are together in 1 thread." Then we don't have to dig through tons of threads trying to find where that mystery person with the <insert sig here> posted to find their name and tag them for voting. Added bonus: we'll see what everyone else has so we don't end up with a lot of duplicates and such.

@MrsDho11 I'm trying to follow your image re-sizing instructions - should there already be some dimensions in there to adjust?

Also are you using an image saved to your device or just entereing a url directly from the image site? I can't seem to find an option to upload an image so have the url entered and maybe thats why I cant re-size it?

@babymish - no, there almost certainly aren't already dimensions for you to adjust-- you'll need to put them in yourself. If you upload a picture yourself, you should be able to upload it and then switch over to HTML mode and still see code for it that you can add in the constraining dimension!

@babymish - oh yikes! You're right! Looks like they took that out of the siggy editor! Your best bet then is to create an account somewhere like photobucket if you don't have one, upload it there, and then use the sharing URL.

@babymish I just copied and pasted my pic into my signature. In your signature settings, go to the tool bar and click on the </> button. That will change it to html. Then you can look through the code (it's not all that confusing, promise!) and find where it gives you the height and width. You can manually adjust those numbers. Click the </> button again to get out of html and it'll show you what you did. Hope that helps!
