LO is FINALLY here! (Homebirth)

LO was born at home at on Monday February 29, 2016 (13 days overdue) at 1:11 am.

He weighed in at 7lb, 5oz and 19in long! (Sorry, no pic).

Mild contractions started early Thursday morning and continued throughout the day. They intensified Friday and Saturday but would slow down if I moved around too much. Sometime Saturday LO had flipped "sunny side up", so I spent most of Sunday walking and trying different spinning techniques in an attempt to flip him into a more favorable position. Thankfully this worked and he flipped around noon Sunday and by midnight Monday, it was time to push. His birth was so peaceful and such a wonderful experience, DH and I are still in awe and completely in love!
