Please help me decipher my blood test results

Hello Ladies,
A little back story:
I am 32 my hubby is 33. He has 2 children (8 & 11) from a previous marriage. We have been married since Aug 2014 and have been TTC since Oct 2014. In Feb 2011 I had a large dermoid cyst removed which also involved taking out my right ovary and fallopian tube. I have been charting BBT since Oct 2014 and use OPKs to verify ovulation. I ovulate monthly and I have an 11 day luteal phase. I have never even had a stitch of a + on a HPT so I don't think I have had any losses. I went to the doctor in Jan 2016 to start the testing to find out why we are not pregnant and we have been referred to a fertility clinic. I was referred for CD21 testing from my own doctor and completed that on Jan 20 2016:
CD 21 (7dpo) Jan 20/16 Results:
TSH 3.96 mU/L
FSH 5.9 U/L
Estradiol 253 pmol/L
Progesterone 44.4 nmol/L
I then was referred for CD3 (next cycle) Feb 27/16 Results:
TSH 1.88 mU/L
FSH 10.9 U/L
Estradiol 193 pmol/L
I have an HSG scheduled for CD12 of this cycle (March 7) and Hubby has an appt. for SA on Mar 10. Our appointment with the RE at the Fertility clinic is not until Mar 22 so of course I have been googling like a crazy person and am discouraged with my FSH and Estradiol numbers (I have read they are high)... Are there any ladies that can put these numbers in "Layman's Terms" for me? At this point I don't even know what questions to follow up with when we do have our appointment at the fertility clinic. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
