  What helped me is that my boys needed my breast milk fortified with formula for the extra calories. & now im slowly giving them formula. Im doing 3 bottles of BM & 2 of Formula a day. But theyve had foritified breast milk since birth due to being preemies. So im not having problems with them. Idk if you can try that? Idk if the extra calories would be too much for her. I do one scoop of formula per 10oz and then make 5 ounce bottles for each twin. The one scoop per 10oz is 24cal. Idk what other mons have done. But thats the best advice i can give you.

  What kind of formula did you try? Was it something specifically for sensitive tummies like Gentle-Ease or just regular formula. My Ped suggested a very slow transition from breast milk to formula or formula to formula. As in start with 1 once per day for 2 days, then 2 ounces for 2 days, and double the amount every 2 days until you've transitioned them. She had us do this when we started supplementing breast milk before we switched to formula and now we are transitioning from Nutramegin to Gentle-ease and doing this process again. I've even stretched the transition out longer to be extra safe.

  My son got horrible constipation from prosobee. We switched him to nutramigen and he's back on track- some babies don't do well with certain ingredients.
