No sign of pregnancy nor period yet

This is 6weeks after I gave birth to twins at 27wks 1 day old but I lost them, I wish to get pregnant immediately but I am yet to see the result. My period have not showed up either even though I would prefer I see pregnancy instead of period.  Please how long did it take your period to flow after your loss?

    I'm so sorry for your losses. Has your doctor given you some idea of when to expect your period? Maybe try giving them a call. 

    My first loss was at 5 weeks, I ovulated 17 days later. I got pregnant that cycle so I didn't get my period. See below. 

    Many second loss was at 10 weeks (7 week baby), and I got what I assume was my period 3 weeks after my second d&c.
