I think it's too rhymey especially if the emphasis is on the middle syllable of the last name. I do like Evelyn better anyways.

I love Evelyn. Emma is little rhymey but not something that would deter me if I loved it though.

I think Evelyn is actually a bit harder pronouncing with the last name. The Rhyming of Emma is better.
